Who’s behind this site
This website is owned and operated by DigitalCave, a digital marketing agency in the United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean DigitalCave. References to “you” mean the visitor or client.
Using the site
You’re welcome to read, share and link to anything on digitalcave.uk for personal or non-commercial use. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, scrape it for AI training, republish content as your own, or use it in any way that would mislead a reader about the source.
Don’t use the site to do anything illegal, to harass us or anyone else, or to interfere with how the site runs.
Our content and brand
The DigitalCave name, logo, the cosmic identity, the wordmark, all images, illustrations, code and the writing on this site are our property (or licensed to us). You can quote short excerpts with a clear credit and link back. For anything more than that, ask us first.
Services
If we agree to work together, the project will be governed by a separate scope and engagement letter — not by this page. These terms cover only your use of the website itself.
Accuracy and changes
We try to keep everything on the site accurate, but content can age. Case study figures reflect specific client outcomes and are not guarantees of similar outcomes for your business. Pricing shown on the site is indicative; final pricing is agreed in writing.
We may update the site, prices, or these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be available without interruption or error-free. We’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site itself, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit liability (for example, for personal injury caused by negligence).
If you act on information you read here (a blog post, a guide, a comment) without engaging us, you do so at your own risk.
Third-party links
Where we link out to other websites, we’re not endorsing them and we’re not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or anything that happens once you leave digitalcave.uk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
